Be present in community for this work of networking and strengthening our ability to feed our people, pay farmers a living wage, and create systems to provide for our people!
2020 growing season we provided 63 CSA boxes free of charge to our BIPOC and working class community members in the Twin Cities for 18 weeks. We partnered with Divine Natural Ancestry to make distribution possible and we are looking forward to the 2021 season. The feedback we got from 2020 was positive. Good nutritious farm food is medicine and everyone should have access. More folks were asking if they could receive a box. Our goal is to distribute 100 CSA boxes this year, host on farm educational events such as slaughter your own animal, and provide materials to grow your own food. Food sovereignty is our goal!
