Slow Food MN Events Squad Meeting

The Events Squad meets to plan ongoing programming that connects eaters, growers, and people in the Twin Cities region who want to improve the food system for all. This is the first meeting to kickoff the next season of events and what we’ll focus on in 2019.

Bring ideas, a pen and paper, and your calendar.

We'll be shaping events while keeping three key things in mind that we want the events to do:

  • Support vibrant and diverse food traditions

  • Support sustainable farming and healthy ecosystems

  • Promote a holistic approach to food decisions

Think about what these mean to you and to the communities in Minnesota. Ensuring our events reflect these priorities is something we'll keep coming back to and want to hold each other accountable for during the planning process.
