An afternoon for young and old
At Cedar Summit Farm
New Prague, MN
Sunday, September 9, 2007 1 to 7 p.m.

• Talks on local blue cheese, wine, beer and grass-fed beef were given.
• Spit-roasted steamship round of grass-fed beef, an 86-lb. cut, was prepared by Ron Huff and friends.
• Blue cheeses, wine and beer, apple crisp and ice cream were provided.
• Attendees brought side dishes, salads, breads, cakes and cookies.
• The Strollers blues trio performed.
• A mini farmers market took place at the end.
• For children: milk tasting, scavenger hunt, hot dogs, hamburgers and root beer floats.
